The first international Conference sponsored by the IEEE Iraq Section  will be held between 30 November to 2 December  2010 at Basra City- IRAQ / University of Basra - College of Engineering. It is a major annual international conference ,to bring together researchers, engineers , developers and  practitioners from academia and industry working in all interdisciplinary areas of " Energy , Power and Control" to share their experience , and exchange and cross-fertilize their  ideas.
